The clinic is open daily from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Our school nurse is not permitted to dispense medication without proper documentation of parent permission. Two forms are necessary, depending on the medication to be issued at school.

The authorization-to-give-medication-at-school form is used for all prescription medicine, cough and cold medicine (except lozenges), antihistamines, and over-the-counter medication not listed below.

Middle school students may carry Tylenol, Advil, and their generic forms, antacid, and throat lozenges. The over-the-counter medication form must be on file in the clinic and signed by parent, student, and nurse.
